We charge a monthly fee based on a range of feature sets, and per user. Payment options include: Per User/Month (Billed yearly) Per User/Month (Billed Monthly)
Do you charge set-up fee, and if so, how much?
No, there are no setup fees. ToolBox is simple enough to setup and typically takes under 30 minutes which includes adding your own material pricing, cutting technology parameters and hourly rates.
Can the application interface that our customers see be translated into specific languages??
Yes, your customers can currently see their quoting screen in their own language. We can add any new language, need your assistance in making sure the translations are correct.
Can the quoting software be used by customers on our website?
Yes, ToolBox can be accessed by your customers via your website to produce their own quotes.
Are there any limits on how many online users can use the quoting software at the same time?
No, there is no limit to the number of your customers who could be using ToolBox to create quotes at the same time.
What CAD and other formats does your quoting software support?
